Texas A&M College of Agriculture and Life Sciences

Texas A&M University with Skanska USA Building turned to Lochridge Priest to provide full-service mechanical and plumbing construction for the university’s new five-story, 166,000 SF Agriculture Headquarters Building, as well as a two-story 13,000 SF visitors center and 4H/FFA museum. This project included complete VAV system ductwork, hydronic piping, domestic water and sanitary piping, drainage systems, and controls for the two buildings.
