Baylor Simpson Athletics and Academic Center

The Beck Group continued to partner with Lochridge Priest to deliver Baylor University’s new Simpson Athletics and Academic Center, awarded LEED Silver by the US Green Building Council for environmental efficiency and sustainability. This state-of-the-art facility houses a cutting-edge athletics training center, locker rooms, sports medicine and rehabilitation spaces, and expansive academic support space for Baylor’s athletes to include a 6000 SF learning center, 22 tutoring rooms, computer lab, classrooms, meeting rooms and offices.
