For over 50 years, Lochridge Priest has worked with general contractors, owners, subcontractors and developers across the great state of Texas to provide top of the line commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions. Locally owned and operated, we serve the Central Texas area with over 400 knowledgeable employees with offices in Waco, Temple, Corsicana, and Fort Worth.
Our History
Lochridge Priest was founded in 1963 by Loyd Priest, Cooper Lochridge and Alvin Reznicek. Throughout the years, the partnerships changed as the company grew. In 2007, the Akins Family bought the existing partners’ shares of the company and continues to own and operate Lochridge Priest today. Combined with the loyalty and stability of tenured employees, the Akins Family has made Lochridge Priest what it is today.
