Project Description
Masonic Grand Lodge of Texas
Historical renovations require expertise, precision, and care to modernize a building’s infrastructure while maintaining the integrity of the original features. The Masonic Grand Lodge of Texas depended on Lochridge Priest to provide mechanical services for the renovation of the 78,200 SF historic facility to include a 29,000 SF theater with 3,700 personnel occupancy, lobby spaces, and office space. Originally constructed in 1949, the building had no air conditioning capacity until the 2016 renovation by Lochridge Priest.
