Texas State Technical College Col. James T. Connally Aerospace Center

The $10M Col. James T. Connally Aerospace Center was delivered by Pearson Construction and Lochridge Priest, who brought to life this stunning facility for Texas State Technical College’s (TSTC) Aerospace Program and to support the mission of the adjoining TSTC Waco Airport. This 82,500 SF site includes state-of-the-art classrooms, labs and simulators, conference center, hangar, offices for staff and FAA personnel, and terminal space to facilitate airport traffic. Lochridge Priest procured and installed all domestic water and sanitary systems, as well as all mechanical equipment, which include variable-air-volume (VAV) systems, radiant heater, air turnover unit, ventilation systems and automated controls.
