Lake Belton High School
Lochridge Priest and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors have teamed up once again to build the new, 385,000 SF Lake Belton High School in Temple, TX. This state-of-the art $106 Million facility will serve approximately 2,500 students and is scheduled to open in August of 2020. The expert tradesmen at Lochridge Priest will install all mechanical and plumbing systems to include the school’s variable-air-volume (VAV) systems, chilled water systems, commercial kitchen mechanical and plumbing systems, laboratory exhaust, fabric duct, traditional roof top and split system units, duct collectors for the in-house welding and shop equipment, acid waste piping, compressed air piping and all traditional water and sewage systems.
